- To demonstrate entrepreneurial zeal as part of an insurance broking startup to extend support on diverse departmental needs in the areas of Operations & Placements
- Preparing RFQ and Comparative, Negotiating with Insurers pricing, terms & conditions, commission and rewards management
- Liaison and coordinate with Acquisition team from time to time to understand their concern areas and provide resolutions for the same from time to time.
- Interact with key corporate clients from time to time to understand their concerns and identify improvement areas
- Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution
- Manage MIS of insurance broking operations/invoices across vendors
- Maintain system adherence by monitoring and tracking the various TATs and MIS Reports
- Good networking with the Insurance Companies / TPAs & other key stake holder relevant to insurance broking arena.
