- Minimum 6-10 years in General Insurance Broking/Sales: relationship management focusing on acquiring and nurturing mid-sized & large Corporates.
- Own the overall sales strategy on lead management, team & targets for your region focusing profitability and market share
- Strong network across C-level executives of large & mid-sized corporates.
- Build the overall sales playbook, training and recruit a sales team to grow very quickly across the region
- Design value proposition/ client acquisition pitches and knack of closing deals efficiently
- Update and educate oneself continuously on happenings in marketplace, local environment, opportunities etc. which have direct bearing on local operations.
- Ensure all necessary knowledge enhancement efforts (including certifications wherever applicable).
- Good networking with the Insurance Companies / TPAs & other key stake holder relevant to insurance broking arena.
