Equirus Securities - Analyst - Equity Research - Indian Cement Industry

This role reports to Head of Research

- The person will be responsible for conducting channel checks and collecting insights from market on what is happening on ground with respect to sales in cement companies.

- These insights will then be required to translated into numbers and put into financial models to understand how this is likely going to affect margins and valuations of companies.

- Person should be passionate about Indian stock markets. Moreover, person will be assisting Senior Analyst in new stock initiations and generating new stock ideas. We publish reports exclusively for Institutional Investors.

- Somebody with decent understanding of valuation techniques and financial modelling would be an ideal fit.

- Person should have good report writing skills and fluent in thought process and communication.

- People from top tier B school who are looking to get into a challenging role in a fast moving environment that can provide them opportunities to grow would be preferred.
