B) Experience: 12+ years of experience working with IB firms

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, cient interface.

- Focusing on core Manufacturing Products / Industrials / GIG products product companies' primarily in domestic market.

- Having good grasp on latest Manufacturing Products / Industrials / GIG products product trends and offerings in the market.

- Be a part of end- to- end deal making cycle for multiple sell- side/buyside mandates.

- Candidate would be expected to get actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due- diligence, transaction closure agreements.)
