Role Requirement:

A) Experience: 1-3 years in an Investment Bank with experience of Corporate Finance execution related to Equity Capital Markets.

B) Qualification: MBA / CA / CS / LLB with relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Working knowledge of regulations - SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, SEBI (LODR)

- Regulations, Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant laws.

- Knowledge of the processes within Capital Market transactions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.

- Proven efficiency in MS Office products - Word, Excel, Power Point.

- Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes.

- Willingness to travel.
