EquipShare - CoFounder - Business Development & Marketing

- This role is for one of the early stage startup company in the world of construction equipment space (www.equipshare.in ) which is focused on innovating rental space of equipment and thus giving birth to more renters. A growing construction marketplace for people to list, discover, and book equipment - online, from a mobile phone or tablet - the company offers a startup's pace balanced with values-oriented.

- This is a FULL-TIME Exhaustive role in Business Development, Marketing & Sales!

- The role will require you to be based in Mumbai/Indore and will involve domestic travel

- The selected candidate will join a very fast-paced start-up environment in one of the above-mentioned markets. This person has the critical responsibility of ensuring high quality and quantity of hosts and listings in VARIOUS markets as per plan.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze and benchmark existing supply to identify growth opportunities and build vendor base

- Grow the quantity and quality of user(contractors, construction players) & vendor(equipment owners) in the assigned city as per standards and guidelines

- Identify hyper local initiatives and projects, plan and execute locally relevant partnerships and deals for market activation

- Identify potential leads in market, through online and offline sources, and help the team

- Identify vendors that can take on additional responsibilities within the market and about sharing of equipment's & getting idle equipment

- You need to create your own Job Description apart from the above points, play the role in future growth planning and strategic initiatives to create Blue oceans

Requirements :

Experience : 2-5 Years

- Familiarity with Indian Construction equipment market is a add on

- Candidates from Real estate/ e-commerce will be preferred

- A great negotiator to build lasting relationship
