Equipment Manager - Cold Drink

Position: - Cold Drink Equipment Manager

Location: - Siliguri

Administrative Reporting: - GM – Area Operations

Functional Reporting: - Region Cold Drink Equipment Manager

Work Experience: - 6 -8Years

Education: - Bachelor of Engineer or B.Tech

Job Details:

1. To manage the unit asset base of coolers and fountains and add to the asset base through approvals and need charts.

2. Providing technical service for Coolers, fountains, vendors and ensuring retailer/key accounts satisfaction.

3. Cold Drink Equipment placement as per standards through outsourced masons, carpenters and electricians.

4. To ensure that there is a proper tracking mechanism in place for the cold drink equipments and that there is accountability on every asset.

5. Handle 5000 coolers in city and oversee 200 fountains at each unit.

6. Responsible for placements in specific channels and ensure quality drink

7. Monitor the respective placements, service ( break down and preventive), cooler uploading and approval in Cooler tracking system

8. To manage outsourced agents for data entry of the SGAs and their tracking system and call centre agents who will respond to customer issues and concerns.
