Equalize Health - Lead - Commercial Insights

Equalize Health is is seeking an energetic, analytical and experienced Commercial Insights Lead for our UQ (User Intelligence) team as we bring high quality medical technologies to low-resource environments around the world.

UQ is an internal consulting team which conducts customer focused qualitative and quantitative research to serve the requests from Equalize Health's various internal departments. You will be a key member of the global team and critical to the organization's growth. Your role requires strong research methodology, interviewing, communication and critical thinking skills, creativity, and judgment, as well as the ability to work well on a geographically dispersed team.

Job Description :

1. Conduct market analysis to understand market landscape, available solutions and technologies, and medtech market trends and value chain of products

2. Design market research methods appropriate for different commercial insights projects

3. Conduct market research to understand

- Market Landscape assessment

- Market Feasibility studies

- Market size and growth for Total and Addressable Markets

- Competitive products, business models

- Pricing / Willingness to pay

- Incentive schemes

- Commercial forecasts

- Customer segmentation

- Customer Value Chain

4. Communicate progress periodically to Commercial team

5. Synthesise research findings and present to Commercial team

6. Maintain and grow active network of hospital administrators, procurement professionals, relevant competitors, distributors and subject matter experts for research purposes

7. Manage external agencies for execution of research projects

8. Lead Thought Leadership initiatives to publish Medtech market trends in focus markets to inform donor choices
