Senior Business Analyst

General Summary:

- Equabli is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Business Analyst to join our team and help build world-class technology and data solutions. The successful candidate will aspire to grow into a product manager role and take on increasing levels of responsibility as the business grows. This is an exciting opportunity to define a high-level product roadmap to a detailed level requirement definition.

- As a member of the Business Excellence team, you will be responsible for working directly with program/project managers, engineers, and other Business Excellence staff to develop and implement solutions.

- The overarching focus of the role will be validating and recommending division business processes to maintain and improve necessary business functions for running an effective and efficient organization.

Skillset:

- Primary: A database, A prototyping tool, Working experience in the scrum process

- Secondary: Any CMS, CRM, or application security understanding

- Good to have Working experience in the finance domain, portfolio management, and payment management.

Principal Responsibility:

Roles Percentage:

- Long/Short term Roadmap definition 10%

- Requirement definition and documentation 50%

- Prototyping 20%

- Team coordination 20%

Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar business systems and process creation/implementation role, including multiple years in a technology environment working with or supporting engineering teams.

- Experience handling multiple applications integrated into n-tier architecture.

- Experience integrating data from diverse sources and platforms.

- Excellent process management skills with the ability to build and adhere to successful business execution processes.

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information technology or related disciplines.
