Epsilon - Talent Sourcing Specialist

Salary offered; 8 - 15 LPA

Summary:

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be part of the larger talent acquisition organization of Epsilon. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible to develop talent sourcing strategies and advise the business leaders on the talent landscape. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will primarily undertake searches to fulfill positions by working closely with the Talent advisors and business leaders. S/he will be the go-to person for the talent search needs of the business units assigned to her/him and also help create a diverse and inclusive talent pool for Epsilon.

Responsibilities

- To strategize innovative sourcing strategies to find and attract the top passive and active talent

- Actively source candidates utilizing resume databases, networks, social media and other relevant resources

- Collaborate with the Recruiting team and keep all parties informed and engaged with the progression of recruitment for the roles

- To assist the Recruiting team with overall recruiting goals

- Participate in job fairs / hiring events, information sessions and special recruiting events as needed

- Maintain the integrity of recruiting reports and applicant tracking

- Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management

- Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders and HR

Job Prerequisites

- BE/Btech/MBA

- 4+ years in Product Design recruiting efforts, this role requires to partner with Product Hiring

- Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process

- Ability to dive into searches for requisitions

- Consultative and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
