What you will do :

- Integrate compliance and regulatory management into all Tech Practice BAU activities.

- Integrate compliance into regular activities of build and manage for Clients

- Responsible for developing compliance programs, reviewing company policies, and advising management on possible risks

- Work closely with corporate teams (Privacy, InfoSec, Product, Audit, and STS) to manage compliance and governance initiatives across Tech Practice

- Support design and roll-out of Privacy by Design concept in Tech - factoring new privacy laws like Maine, New York etc. - to lessen the impact of new regulations

- Assess and implement integration of compliance tracking into other corporate tools (ServiceNow, etc.)

- Roll out and support communication and dissemination of regulatory and compliance requirements, best practices,implementation, and knowledge sharing

- Work with Learning & Development to support ongoing training needs for Tech Practice associates (Privacy, InfoSec etc.) including annual refresh and certification, content creation, and completion reporting

- Work closely with program team members and provide operational support to drive program outcomes

- Identify, manage, resolve and/or escalate issues/risks at the program level

- Track and publish weekly/monthly/quarterly status reports on tickets serviced by client teams, and highlight and escalate exceptions to program sponsor and stakeholders

What you will need :

A Bachelor's degree or higher with 11-15 years of experience in Information Technology Industry.

- Work experience in operational/business excellence, presales or operations consulting roles, and delivered projects on more than one of these areas: operational excellence/turnaround, market research & strategy, business due-diligence, sales and business process

- Proven program management experience; Strong business acumen and analytical bent of mind

- Ability to think top-down, yet stay connected to details

- Structured problem-solving skills with a practical sense of what works in the given context

- Bias for action, with an unwavering focus on measurable outcomes

- Strong sense of ownership to drive business outcomes that add value to the company

- Strong program management skills & ability to work & thrive in a semi-structured environment

- Ability to work collaboratively and operate at all levels with global, cross-functional teams

- Ability to influence without authority and deliver results in a time-bound manner

- Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels in the organization

- Expert skills in using following Microsoft/equivalent tools: Word, Excel, Power Point, Project
