What You Will Do : 1. Manage the end to end Senior Leadership recruitment process 2. Strategic planning, using the best channels for sourcing leaders, assessment and interviews, offer and post offer engagement. 3. Leverage a variety of sources including referrals, ATS, job boards, social media and like to attract qualified candidates 4. Responsible for external branding to create awareness and interest, network and maintain a ready pool of successful leaders from the industry 5. Function as in-house consultant and job market expert in senior leadership recruitment 6. Demonstrate good knowledge in a variety of technology concepts, practices and procedures. Improvise recruiting operational processes and practices, in partnership with Recruiting and HR leadership leading to efficiencies for the leadership team and organization 7. Build and maintain an effective talent pool for Engineering, Technology, Analytics, Sales/ Non-Tech hiring 8. Recruit effectively to continually improve on KPIs/metrics and industry benchmarks 9. Effectively support multiple Hiring Managers/ stakeholders and manage against tight hiring deadlines for business critical roles 10. Conduct various types of analytics to support the business, develop creative insights that accelerate business performance 11. Acts as a conduit between top management, employees and other stakeholders 12. Enable and foster a high performance culture through internal and cross-group initiatives, morale events, and lead cross-team projects to optimize organizational performance and morale What You will Need : - 8+ years of experience and dedicated to Leadership hiring in a corporate environment or in senior leadership Search Firms - Past experience with full life cycle recruiting in a high volume technology or marketing environment is highly desired - Have exceptional communication skills and a very strong ability to manage a variety of globally dispersed Epsilon leaders - Ability to juggle and manage multiple critical requirements, convincing and influencing skills for candidates and for stakeholders - Demonstrated a high level of discretion, tact, judgment and poise and must have a solid aptitude for maintaining highly confidential information - Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem solving skills with the ability to see patterns; bring a structured and logical approach to decision making and manage execution - Strong willed, motivated, decisive, agile and a quick learner. - Skilled on MS tools.
