- Any ORM tool for Sitecore solution

- Should have good knowledge and hands on in design implementation

- Should have rich experience in localization, multi-lingual, multi-site at enterprise level application

Deployment Experience in Sitecore Azure

- CI-CD for Sitecore solution

- SOLR Search

- Performance Tuning

Nice to have

- Azure Search with Sitecore

- Knowledge in Sitecore Experience Accelerator

- Sitecore Commerce

- Worked on Agile methodology
