RESPONSIBILITIES - The candidate will be responsible for managing the talent delivery team - Should have considerable experience with full-cycle recruiting across technology stacks - Should have experience in partnering and delivering through various internal and external channels. - Should be able to partner with internal sourcing, programs, and operations team - You will be responsible for pitching, understanding candidate drivers, qualifying competencies and culture fit, supervising interview process and recommending candidates to be hired - Collaborate with Leaders/ Hiring Managers and provide regular updates and strategies to fulfill their hiring demand - The candidate would need to build credibility with targeted talent communities and use other effective strategies geared towards attracting top technical talent in the region - Should be structured, process driven and comfortable with metrics - Should have sufficient market intelligence of the talent landscape in the region - Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles quickly - Collaborate with other teams in HR to make EPSILON a market leader and top employment brand REQUIREMENTS - 12-17 years of experience in a fast-paced organization of which at least 5 years managing a team - You are an innovator and can quickly implement a hiring model to ensure the business needs of the organization is met. You think beyond the traditional, reactive model of recruiting. - You are up to date with all the latest innovation happening in the talent acquisition space and comfortable with new trends in technology - You are an SME who is comfortable leading a team of experienced Talent Advisors, you are able to mentor and remove impediments to help them succeed in the workplace - Strong research methodologies and strategies that show in your development and execution - Excellent project management, time management, organizational, writing, and oral communication skills - Strong business acumen and solid judgment that can be seen in the trusting relationships you- ve developed with candidates and hiring managers - Adaptable and flexible so that you have thrived in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment - Design key performance indicators and dashboards to track progress and influence future direction
