Summary  The Training Manager is responsible for the identification, design, development, and implementation of leadership development initiatives for the middle and senior management at Epsilon Bangalore. This individual will work cross-functionally and collaborate with the Learning & Development team and other leaders, to develop and deliver training to meet the expressed needs. Training initiatives may be delivered in a variety of formats, including both classroom and online delivery methods, and will require working closely with program sponsors and vendors.  Manager L&D Responsibilities  Overall Responsibilities :  - Partner with business leads to identify training needs to build and enhance leadership skills to drive business results  - Build relevant and sustainable learning solutions using modern learning approaches   - Curate the latest and greatest learning resources from various sources relevant to leadership development  - Measure impact and success of all learning solutions and report them to the leadership team and the organization.   Project/Program Management :  - Review and refine the new hire onboarding program to make it world-class.  - Facilitate our Everyday Leadership (manager development program) sessions for India.  - Communicate project and program milestones to stakeholders.  - Create project plans and meet all set deadlines.  - Collaborate with HQ stakeholders to share updates and also exchange best practices.   Instructional design :  - Identify instructional strategies that help participants learn the skillset defined in the course.  - Ensure class materials and documentation are maintained and up-to-date.  - Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer for both classroom and virtual courses.  - Evaluate instruction and courses and make recommendations for improvements.  Facilitation :  - Demonstrate strong facilitation skills for diverse content ranging from courses related to leadership development topics, other soft skill topics, panel discussions etc.  - Is able to think on the feet and facilitate tough conversations/ questions during a session.  Requirements :  - Minimum of 10 years- experience in a training/OD role.  - Experience in developing and facilitating content for Leadership Development topics  - Experience in developing content and leading training projects using adult learning principles and techniques  - Knowledge of instructional design methodologies  - Experience in working in a global setup   - Ability to influence business managers and leaders  - Ability to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced and growing environment.  - Strong project management skills  - Strong facilitation skills  - Fluent in English  - Excellent presentation and public speaking skills  - Ability to prioritize work and work independently
