Talent Attraction Lead The role requires an experienced integrated marketer to create a powerful and differentiated employer brand and candidate experience. Candidates must have a deep understanding of both lateral and millennial audience segment, events and promotions experience with integrated marketing expertise using digital and social channels. Application of consumer marketing techniques for attracting both lateral hires and fresh graduates will be key expertise in the role. Will involve a high level of interaction with external partners to create a strong employer and talent brand - This position will be key and instrumental in framing recruitment marketing strategy across businesses and build relationships with key internal influencers in Marketing, Internal Communication, Advertising, PR and other departments to ensure alignment between teams and strategies - Building the EVP, Pitch, and story for and successful application & amplification across channels. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert on talent acquisition and digital marketing trends to identify and recommend innovations and new channels to appropriately target top talent - Manage the external labor market analysis, mapping and talent availability studies to support sourcing strategy development and talent planning - Lead the design, delivery and implementation of employer branding and messaging strategy which appropriately represents our employment experience and differentiates EPSILON as an employer of choice - Manage our Talent Acquisition social media and digital media strategy through various channels including Facebook, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Careers page etc. - Design and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of employment branding efforts, social media and other talent attraction initiatives - Development of social media as both a brand strategy and candidate generation tool by partnering with business to drive engagement strategies and metrics. - Supporting the Talent Acquisition delivery team in achieving recruitment targets by devising recruitment marketing campaigns online and offline. - Enhance the internal talent attraction channels to maximize usage and appropriately market internally across EPSILON - Work with the unit/site leadership to identify opportunities to host local events with various organizations, i.e. local Diversity Conference chapters, meetup groups, etc. - Collaborate with the talent delivery team to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting channels and campaigns; identify top sourcing channels and build strong relationships with vendors to maximize their products and our utilization - Ability to apply integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy and positioning - Define and implement process improvements to enhance the Candidate recruitment experience - Conduct regular focus groups with new hire employees to understand the candidate experience. Recommend adjustments and process refinements to improve performance - Data and analytical orientation to develop meaningful metrics - Strong project management skills - Thrive on working in intense, deliverable-driven and deadline-driven environment and ability to think in abstract and deliver in ambiguity. - Passion for the world of Talent Branding Minimum of 6-10 years of marketing, communications or Talent Branding experience
