A bit about who we are looking for

What you'll do :

- Managing the FP&A business unit for Epsilon India in liaison with US team.

- Drive key financial reporting, analysis, predictability and timely reporting.

- Work closely with US stakeholders to create comprehensive financial plans and track progress as the accounts against the budget/forecasts.

- Support business team in pursuit of KPIs through in-depth analysis and sharing of financial knowledge.

- Co-ordinate and support any allocations/ cost share between businesses.

- Support the enhancement and compliance of finance processes, standards and systems.

- Sourcing, analyzing and reporting quantitative data, perform ad hoc analyses.

- Analyzing trends, formulating projections, and evaluating savings initiatives.

- Effective relationship management with Finance team and all key stakeholders.

- Educating, communicating and supporting with local business leaders.

- Assist finance related presentations for Senior Management.

- Support in pricing and modelling for India.

- Develop and standardize reporting within BI tool.

- Financial modelling and analysis as needed.

- Become familiar with US business and financial processes.

- Build and develop the team locally.

What you'll need

- Must have 6-8 years of experience in the same field.

- Must be coming from Budgeting and Forecasting prior experience for any global team.

- Ability to influence at senior business levels.

- Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills.

- Ability to bring innovation to challenges and to overcome problems and obstacles as they arise as well as take action and produce desired outcomes with limited direction.

- Experience in change management. Transformation mind-set.

- Prior Experience on Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Planning, Global Operations, Team Management.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.

- Detail-oriented and organized.

- Enthusiastic, passionate, and committed. Entrepreneurial minded/a problem solver.

Required Qualifications:

- ICWA/Chartered Accountant professionals

- Prior experience in an MNC work culture preferable
