What you will do - Managing the FP&amp;A business unit for Epsilon India in liaison with US team. - Drive key financial reporting, analysis, predictability and timely reporting and influence at senior business levels - Bring innovation to challenges, to overcome problems and obstacles as they arise as well as take action and produce desired outcomes with limited direction - Work closely with US stake holders to create comprehensive financial plans and track progress as the accounts against the budget/forecasts. - Support business team in pursuit of KPIs through in-depth analysis and sharing of financial knowledge - Co-ordinate and support any allocations/ cost share between businesses. - Support the enhancement and compliance of finance processes, standards and systems - Sourcing, analyzing and reporting quantitative data, perform ad hoc analyses - Analyzing trends, formulating projections, and evaluating savings initiatives - Effective relationship management with Finance team and all key stakeholders - Educating, communicating and supporting with local business leadership - Assist finance related presentations for Senior Management - Support in pricing and modeling for India - Develop and standardize reporting within BI tool - Financial modeling and analysis as needed - Become familiar with US business and financial processes - Build and develop the team locally What you will need - CA or Cost Accountant - More than 14 yrs of FP&amp;A experience, with at least 5 years in a division setting ideally - 5+ years of experience managing and developing staff - Should have recent experience on India specific FP&amp;A - Financial systems experience: advanced Excel, Access and Hyperion Planning &amp; Essbase; strong PowerPoint skills; PeopleSoft G/L experience a plus - Highly motivated and self-directed; exhibits thought leadership and strong critical thinking skills - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills - Strong interpersonal skills, with high level of tact, professionalism, and polish - Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to articulate with confidence to senior management
