Epoch Elder Care - Business Analyst - Finance - CA

Responsibilities :

- Co-own the internal strategy dashboard to know about functional metrics for each home and the company, and develop new insights

- Convert strategies into action by liaising with internal teams - marketing, sales, and finance

- Tracking market data, primary and secondary research in senior care space and identifying trends

- Competitive analysis with monthly/quarterly reporting in relevant competitive metrics

- Active support role in activities related to business growth - competitive analysis, business modeling, financial projection, and investor discussions

Ideal Candidate for the role :

- Qualifies CA with 2 to 4 years of work experience in Startup / Corporate / Investment Bank / Consulting

- Strong in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

- Strong curiosity and understanding for technology, business models, markets, and startups

- Highly motivated, self-initiation and ability to work independently

- Significant campus leadership experience and extra-curricular achievements will be a plus
