- To manage the HRIS, (SuccessFactors and other related systems) both from process and system prospective, to digitize the end to end processes in HR function
- Experience in report writing, querying and data analysis - ideally with Business Intelligence technology.
- Have a sound understanding of HR processes and data; HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes.
- Review the usage of systems with all HC teams globally, and take corrective actions for the hindrances coming in the way of usage of the system.
- To Train HC team members on operating the HRIS, all modules of SuccessFactors (recruitment, onboarding, input of data, capturing events in the employment such as transfers, promotions, job rotations etc. in employee central, PMGM, Talent Management, LMS, off-boarding)
- Take preventive and corrective actions based on the complaints of the end users including technical improvements in the system.
- Continuously scan the latest development in SuccessFactors and the benchmarking practices and implement them at EPL.
- Manage administrative work related to operations and maintenance of the system through Governance meeting and liaison with technical support partner.
