Your Role: Business Development Associate

As a BDA, you will join the sales and marketing team and be accountable for consistently increasing the effectiveness of our output, with a goal of generating a pipeline for our sales team.

In this role, you will support and execute the marketing strategy by maximizing ROI and supporting our channel strategy. You will be lettered by multiple senior-level colleagues within the local team and will collaborate with different departments across to ensure high impact.

Responsibilities:

- Must be energetic, well-spoken, eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.

- Identifies on new leads

- Customer relationship management

- Efficient follow ups to customers and maintain high service standards

- Strong negotiation & sales skills

- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and efficient time management

- Keep up-to-date with market & marketing trends and contribute to collective intelligence as an integral member of the marketing team

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Innovative thinker with good knowledge of new market, digital marketing trends

- Familiar with the process and methodology of sales

- Be a strong problem-solver with the ability to handle ambiguity

- Untangle complex situations into actionable activities

- Ensuring timely deliverance of project

- Be fluent in English: both verbal and written ability

- Knowledge of the local language is also an added plus

- Masters in marketing is preferred
