Assistant Manager - HRBP Roles and Responsibilities: - Streamlining HR activities. - Maintaining Employee Life Cycle from Induction to Exit. - Structured employee connection like conducting Skip Meetings, town halls, brown bags, open forums. - Strategizing on new interventions for Employee Engagement. - Ensuring Floor coverage by self and team to understand the pulse. - Ensuring attrition control measures like RAG and succession planning are in place. - Should have deep knowledge in all statutory compliances like Payroll, PF, ESIC, and Mediclaim. - Team Management experience a mandate ( Team Size 5+) - Good exposure to Performance Management. - Design and Implement appropriate Rewards & Recognition program for employees related to customer delight. - Communicate with Business heads for better alignment. - Evaluate and improvise the current HR practices to keep with time and external benchmarks. - Lead projects and drive change management. Desired Candidate Profile: - High technical competency (Compensation Management, Employee Relations Management) - Leadership, Strategic Thinking - Proactive and sound level of business knowledge. - High standards of integrity - Capacity to handle heavy work load - Sound knowledge of human resources strategies & procedures - Good understanding of Labor Law(Conflict Management, Counseling and Diagnostic, wages ) - Proficient in MS office( Excel & PowerPoint) - Ability to work in shifts; night shifts preferred.
