Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall EPC strategy aligned with our business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the EPC team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve project milestones and targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Design, Planning, and Project Management teams, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
- Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols across all EPC activities.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, contractors, and consultants to drive project success and maintain a reliable network of suppliers and service providers.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in EPC, implementing innovative solutions to optimize project delivery.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful project management and execution in the real estate or construction industry.
- Extensive experience in EPC, including engineering design, procurement, and construction management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex project environments.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience in sustainable and green building practices is desirable.
