EPC Group - Associate Project Manager - Sharepoint/Power Bi

- The person in this role will be responsible for delivering and supporting SharePoint projects, will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, and be responsible for the end to end delivery of those projects.

- The ideal candidate is proficient in different project management methodologies as well as SharePoint 2010 SharePoint Online.

Responsibilities :

- Act as the business analyst on the project and elicit, document and confirm the client requirements for the assigned projects. Strong understanding of business processes and practices with skills and experience to document as-is and to-be processes

- Manage project scope, schedule, risks, budget and resources to successfully fulfill business and technical requirements within budget and timelines and with high customer satisfaction

- Create and maintain relevant project documentation such as project charter/scope, project plans, status reports, risk register and operational checklists.

- Facilitate technical support as needed including but not limited to architectural reviews, development reviews, and various compliance reviews

- Ensure each client is kept fully up to date through regular status calls, status reports and ad hoc communication as appropriate for each client

- Ensure deployed solutions are compliant with client standards

- Assist with procurement of services to facilitate projects.

Qualifications :

- 5-8 years in information technology with at least five years in project management and business analysis with expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio and Project

- In depth knowledge of O365, especially SharePoint. Knowledge of MS Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power BI and/or Power Automate will be a definite plus

- Familiarity with organizational change management including end user training

- Experience creating and implementing project plans according to the clients goals and objectives

- Demonstrates a high degree of customer service and teamwork

- Ability to manage multiple projects and people simultaneously
