Job Description:
- Managing and guiding a team of field sales executives across cities to deliver on targets in terms of number of customers applied, on-boarded, sales etc
- Train field sales team
- Resolve the day to day queries of clients and field sales team for running operations effectively
- Travel and meet merchant partners and their retailers
- Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly MIS generation and analysis for management consumption
Industry Preference: Experience in financial services or e-commerce industry will be a plus
Skill-sets:
- Ability to manage a large field sales team
- Adept at MS Excel
- Leadership skills a must
- Problem Solving ability
