EPACK Prefab - Plant Head - Pre Engineering Building

- Plant handling Manufacturing exp. of Pre-engineered Buildings is Must.

- Responsible for total Production, Quality, Maintenance and dispatches.

- Responsible for Daily, weekly and monthly production planning and man power planning.

- Coordinating with client for quality related issues.

- Verifying the daily production and inspection reports.

- Preparing consumables cost per ton theoretical and actual calculation.

- Optimization of material & man power.

- Preparing monthly fabrication and painting cost per ton.

- Daily monitoring material status, production, painting, dispatch and quality process.

- Cost controlling like welding consumable, gases, drill bits, paints and job work contractors etc.

- Closing the job as per Phase wise.

- Manage the QA & QC Department.

- Coordinating with other department for smooth functioning of system.

- Organize In-House Destructive and Non-Destructive testing.

- Looking after all the Departments of plant - Puff panels, Cold form and Fabrications.
