Looking for a candidate with relevant experience in Debt Syndication (preferably with experience across project financing and corporate debt) The Senior Associate will be responsible for executing transactions end-to-end with the team. The person will be expected to: - Understand and prepare funding proposals for clients for products such as Term loan, Working Capital loan, Structured Debt etc. - Understand the business model/project and assess the financing requirements of the client(s) - Prepare teasers, pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, financial models and other deal related collaterals. - Handling existing corporate relationships of Eos and analyzing possible business opportunities. - Ability to handle volume spikes and prioritize work including ad-hoc requests and projects to meet business demands in a timely manner - Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and other stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications : - MBA or CA. Candidates having cleared at least two levels of the CFA Program will have an added advantage. - Relevant experience of 2-7 years of having worked directly on fund-raising transactions is a prerequisite for the role - Sufficient experience of direct client-interaction is essential - Should be well turned-out & have a pleasing personality - Should have good written and verbal communication & presentation skills - Hands on experience on Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Position will be based out of New Delhi but the candidate will be expected to travel to different locations across India for mandates - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work effectively with a mix of long & short term deadlines What We Offer : - Young, energetic and professional environment and the opportunity to work with best-in-class talent - Responsibility for delivery right from day one - Opportunity to work with top notch clients across critical sectors of the Indian economy Salary will have 2 components : - Fixed compensation: It will be in line with the market and quantum & quality of experience of the candidate. - Variable compensation (bonus/profit-share): It will be based on overall performance which will include revenue contribution, business development and other leadership initiatives that shall benefit the firm.
