Eos Capital Advisors - Associate - Investment Banking The Senior Associate will be responsible for executing transactions end-to-end with the team. The Senior Associate will be expected to : - Carry out extensive industry/company research and target data required for identification and assessment of possible investment banking mandates - Perform quantitative analysis, including helping the team in the building of financial models - Assist in the preparation of teasers, pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, financial models, and other deal-related collaterals - Prepare management meeting notes, investment memos, and deal presentations - Conduct preliminary evaluation of transactions at a company and sub-sector level to understand business fundamentals - Handling existing corporate relationships and analyzing possible business opportunities Skills and Qualifications : - MBA or CA - Experience of at least 12 months - Well turned out & have a pleasing personality - Sound written and verbal communication & presentation skills - Proficiency in Excel-based financial models & valuation - Hands-on experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work effectively with a mix of long & short term deadlines - Position will be based out of Bhopal but the candidate will be expected to travel to different locations across India for mandates About Eos : Eos Capital Advisors is a New Delhi headquartered Investment Banking and Advisory firm engaged in providing Capital Syndication services (Private Equity as well as Debt), M&A, and Restructuring Advisory and Corporate Finance solutions to leading corporates and emerging entrepreneurs.
