Key Accountabilities :
- Responsible for Revenue growth, Order Targets,New Markets,New Logos and capturing existing market growth.
- Responsible for end to end business development for various solutions for the group.
- Excellent Connects in the energy & utilities sector.
- Coordination and follow up with cross-functional teams, for growth and relationship management of the existing business.
- Building and leading the business development team through effective performance reviewing mechanism.
- Undertaking training and mentoring the team to deliver the best results.
- Strong business acumen in a must.
- Focused on and possess a sales mindset.
- Building high performance teams to drive revenue growth
Accountability on KPIs :
- End-to-end financial accountability with :
- Revenue growth
- Healthy business pipeline & order book
- Business contracts
