About Envoged:

Envoged is a social marketplace of pre-owned high end luxury fashion, started by two IIT Kharagpur graduates - Anandita Singh and Manisha Barnwal and Saahil Narang - ex-Bain & Co. We are on a tryst of developing a marketplace for lifestyle goods guaranteeing authenticity coupled with amiable buying and selling experience at the click of a button. We are seed funded by some of the top entrepreneurs and angel investors in India.

About the role:

Operations (40%):

- Managing operations, inventory and scheduling of orders

- Developing operations processes and reporting formats

- Analyzing data around operations and working to improve efficiency of logistics

- Interacting with founding team members and customers and finding solutions to day-to day problems

- Taking care of day-to-day office operations including photo shoots, outdoor events and tie-ups with third party logistics

Marketing (30%):

- Making connects with sellers and maintaining relationship with them to ensure upselling and cross selling

- Managing offline marketing activities and events

Customer Success (30%):

- Being the face of the company - single point of contact for both buyers and sellers in case, of any enquiries, follow ups and feedback

Ideal candidate:

- Graduate in any discipline with 1-3 years experience.

- Attention to detail and meticulous

- Good communication skills

- Solution-oriented approach and analytical mindset

- Take ownership of entire work stream

- Understanding of fashion industry is a surplus
