Big4 Hiring - Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) : Sustainable Finance-Gurgaon/Mumbai

- QUALIFICATION

- Graduation and Post-Graduation in a field related to Finance, Sustainability or Management with 7-14 years of experience in finance consulting / ESG and sustainability consulting

- Any finance / sustainability related certifications/accreditations would be an added advantage

1 - Manager (7-11 Years experience, Location - Mumbai )

2- AM (5-7 years, Location - Gurugram and Mumbai)

3- Consultant (3-5 Years, Location - Gurugram and Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead and be responsible for independent execution of projects on sustainable finance.

- Be responsible for managing the engagement team and overall execution of work related to any of the service offerings mentioned above. This may include on-site work/ assessments, conducting secondary research on the select subject matter, making reports and other related tasks as advised by the engagement leader

- Will play the role of team leader on engagements with team members reporting to them for the project independently. Manager/ Assistant Manager will be the SPOC for the client in day-to-day management of the engagement and will interact with the client representatives for the ongoing requirements of the project

- Will proactively support sales and business development. These would include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and closing them as engagements

- Will consistently deliver quality client services and take charge of the project area assigned to him/her

o Will monitor progress, manage risk and verify key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes

o Will demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge

o Will possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge

- The job would require travel to client locations within India and abroad

HE INDIVIDUAL

- Possess strong domain knowledge, understanding of business processes and possible risks with respect to Green and Sustainable Finance.

- Have strong understanding of reporting standards such as BRSR, GRI, TCFD, SASB, etc.

- Knowledge about finance landscape in India

- Knowledge about ESG laws and other related regulations and its application

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools will be an advantage

- Strong written and verbal communication skills (presentation skills) in English

- Ability to work well in teams

- Understanding of IT systems, Knowledge of MS office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)

- Have the ability to work under pressure - stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours

- Willingness to travel within India or abroad for continuous long periods of time

- Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic and lead by example
