About Envigo:

We are a fast moving digital agency based out of New Delhi & London. We serve clients across 14 countries (including UK, US, Australia, UAE & India) and 4 continents. Our clients include Fortune 500s and industry leaders in the space of travel, banking, insurance and hospitality. We want a person who can take charge of creativity at envigo.

What We Need:

- Ability to translate client's requirement into an actionable strategy

- An eye for good content (text and visual)

- Ability to lead a team

- Marketing acumen

- Ability to meet the deadlines is a non-negotiable

- Excellent English language skills

- A degree in communication or marketing

- Basic understanding of SEO will be an added advantage

- Basic design knowledge (MS Power Point and Adobe Photoshop) will be a plus

- 1 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing and content management

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of copy editors and writers - work delegation, capacity planning, copy writing, copy review, recruitment, rewards, remuneration and recognition

- Ensure timely delivery of content for different clients

- Train and mentor editors on digital best practices and content creation strategies

- Create content and brand guidelines for new and existing clients

- Ideation, concept creation, and supervising video production process

- Creating campaign pitch for social media and content marketing for prospective clients

- Account management and client servicing for content marketing clients

The Process: Resume shortlisting followed a test/assignment and a face to face interview

Salary Range: 5-7 LPA
