Envigo is a digital agency specializing in acquisition marketing, design & development. We are looking for a Head of Business Development. You will need to be a :
- A strategic thinker, you'll be responsible for the strategic development and management of the new business strategy.
- You're a master pitcher and presenter, creating winning proposals in your sleep.
- You don't mind a bit of travelling around you'll need to go and meet the leads generated, wherever they are. They will usually be in Indian metros, Dubai and in the UK.
- You have some experience in managing a team, cause you will manage a team of 3 account managers and sales contractors in many cities
- You're full of ideas about how we can attract new business including doing some digital on our own account
- You're a great communicator, able to quickly build rapport and be the face of envigo.
- You have genuine passion for the agency, happy selling us to clients and closing deals.
- You'll be responsible for achieving the agency's new business targets, so you need to be goal-driven.
- You're a strong team player, with the ability to work across the teams and work closely with the MD to develop amazing, strategic new business initiatives that raise our brand profile amongst our target audience.
- Beyond delivering revenue, you'll also be responsible for reporting on profitability and growth.
- You're all over digital, hard-wired for innovation and able to recommend what's best for our clients, and then convince them with your winning smile, passion and knowledge.
- Reporting directly to the Founder Director, this high profile role will focus on promoting the agency and its services and growing its client portfolio.
