Business Analyst

Objective of Role

To connect, interpret and formulate business solutions after consulting with product owners and relevant stakeholders

Responsibilities :

- Creating actionable insights after Identifying, Analyzing and Interpreting trends or patterns from transaction and holding information. Primary analytics offerings are in the Retail, Financial wellness and Credit space.

- Classifying and generating customer segments based on spending/saving patterns, payment preferences, share of wallet etc.

- Enriching data quality by suggesting upgrades/feature enhancements to the core product offering

- Working with management and product owners to prioritize business and information needs

- Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities

Experience

3-6 years

Qualifications

Under-Graduate/ Post-Graduate degree from a Reputed University

Specific Skills

- Good understanding of Financial Services Domain (Wealth domain expertise would be an added bonus)

- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst with specific exposure to large volumes of data

- Strong Querying, Report writing, and Presentation skills

- Ability to work extensively with tools/environments like SQL, Hadoop, Tableau, MS Excel and Powerpoint
