Basic Qualification : Any Degree in Engineering / MBA
Technical Skills :
- Good knowledge of Engineering Design Service,
- Understanding of the US Market.
- Good knowledge of browsing to identify new companies in Engineering field Previous experience in selling High Tech, Automotive, Industrial verticals in US region .
- Good knowledge in design process, tools and technology used in design services.
Other Skills :
- Good communication skills, ability to build relationship with clients.
- A confident and determined approach.
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
- Telephone etiquette Ability to reach out to the top official in the organization
- Ability to identify the need of the customer to outsource the job
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience Ideally 3 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities in detail :
- Primary level of involvement in Business Development for US market/Hard core B2B Sales
- Generating database of the companies relevant to the Engineering Services through extensive web research internet marketing/cold calling Building client relationships
- Responsibilities include setting up conference calls with prospective clients through cold calling other sales techniques
- Identify new markets and business opportunities through web research
- Delivering presentations and proposals
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions
- Generate Prospects/leads and take them to closure in the international market
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipe line
- Bridge between technical team of the customer and solutions/delivery group
- Develop meaningful solutions with the help of solutions team and prepare proposals
- Focus on face to face meeting and relationship building
- Develop propositions, presentations and reports, as required by the Business
- Development Managers or Senior Management Team.
- Maintain current and relevant generic propositions and presentations to support the lead generation activity.
- Strives to meet or exceed prospecting goals on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
