We are a next gen e-Learning startup helping professional course aspirants to prepare and perform in their Professional exams. Our product roadmap includes the latest in online and cognitive learning techniques as well as innovative study management plans harnessing the power of internet, mobile and social media.

We are looking for a Sales & Biz Dev executive with 2-3 yr experience in direct sales, preferably experienced with sale of any e-learning product through digital media and physical sales in college/ institutions / individual students. This person will be responsible for selling Entuze's online test preparation programs in Bangalore and Karnataka circle. The candidate will create, maintain, and manage all College, High School, Coaching Centers and community relationships to generate new sales and increase overall interest in Entuze programs.

Candidate will be the first senior hire in Sales and Marketing for Bangalore. This is a great long term opportunity for the right candidate with potential to own stock options based on performance in the first 24 months. There will be target driven variable incentive.

What you will do in this job:

- Actively execute sales, marketing and promotional programs to meet expected sales and revenue metrics.

- Build and nurture relationships with key administrators, guidance counselors, booster clubs, and student organizations to increase Entuze's brand recognition in the community and attendance at Entuze events to increase sales

- Analyse competitive landscape and pricing and recommend product/service positioning & pricing to company top management

- Use a consultative sales approach with prospective Colleges & Students; effectively communicate the value and benefits of commerce & Financial education to prospective students, their teachers & parents

- Conduct dynamic and effective informational and sales presentations at colleges and in the community

- Leverage prior relationships, contacts & partnerships with schools, colleges, organizations, corporations, etc. locally to grow leads and enrollments

- Plan, oversee, and implement local promotional programs, events and materials aimed at increasing enrollments in upcoming classes and testing programs.

- Involve in implementation of Field Marketing and Digital Marketing programs with clear ROI

- Analyze and make improvements to our customer referral program to ensure positive sales results

- Understand local and industry trends and develop strategies and tactics to respond to market changes and help develop sales and marketing tactics

- Use specific local Viral & Social media marketing for maximum sales lead generation

- Work closely with colleagues to constantly improve their lead quality and sales conversion

What Skills you need to have:

- Great team player and communicator who can make spot decisions with confidence

- Excellent communication skill in English, Hindi and Kannada language

- Have proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point (PPT presentation skill must)

- Ability to learn and explore new techniques of marketing; adoptive

- Ability to engage with customer on a continuous basis during the life cycle of a customer with a view to make end customer consistently happy

- Ability to align with the business vision

- Meet aggressive deadlines while working under pressure

- Analyze customer issues and problems and address rapidly

- Knack for relationship building in person and through phone and using social media

- Self-directed time management, project management, prioritization and organizational skills

- High energy level, confident and optimistic demeanor and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in selling any education product to College / High Schools / Students desirable

- Active in social networking and reasonably aware of digital marketing space (Google / Face Book / WhatsApp / Twitter etc.)

- Not desirous to seek work scope limit

- Willing to move out of office extensively

- Highly energetic, creative and fun loving, willing to accept challenge and explore new things

- Capable to plan, execute and close college / institution deal independently

- Have reasonable commercial awareness and numerical skill

- User knowledge of any lead management software desirable

Education

Sound academic background preferably with MBA (Marketing)
