Entropik Tech - Associate Director - Enterprise Business

Entropik Tech, India's only Emotion AI Company, is looking for the role of Associate Director Sales to drive their Business growth through Channel Partners (IT Consulting / Innovation Consulting firms/ MNC's ) & Direct Selling (Consumer Brands, Media & Adv.)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

As Associate Director Sales, your Role will comprise of below outlined responsibility

1) Develop plans and strategies, both for Direct Sales & Channel Partners to drive growth and achieve the company's sales goals.

2) Deliver Top Line & bottom line targets as per the Quarterly Plan for the assigned Market Segment

3) Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

4) Identify and Develop channel partnerships to ensure a sustainable business growth.

5) Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting

6) Manage the sales team for Enterprise business to deliver profitable growth

7) Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions

8) Work closely with the Product & Marketing function to provide feedback to Product Roadmap, establish successful support, channel and partner programs

REQUISITES

1) Must have 8+ Years of Proven experience in Business Development role for a Product Company, delivering their solutions to large scale Enterprises/ MNC's in the domain of Media & Adv., Consumer Brands.

2) Relevant experience in buildng Channel Partnership with MNC's & IT Consulting firms

3) Proven ability of Upsell & Cross Sell of Technology Solutions.

4) Has strong network in the IT Consulting / Innovation Consulting Industry.

5) Has proven relevant experience in scaling up top line & bottom line for their Organisation.

6) Good analytical & Aptitude skills to comprehend Client's requirements and identify product fit of Entropik's offerings towards the same.

7) Excellent Communication skill to articulate Entropik's value proposition in a seamless way.

8) Have managed at least 5 member teams in past role.
