Entrepreneurial Sales Head : IIM/ ISB for Leading Ecommerce Company

Pinnacle Solutions, a leading recruitment firm is looking fwd to hire for one of its key ecommerce clients having headquarters in Mumbai, for the profiles of entrepreneurial city Sales heads for the cities of Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai.

- Looking for someone with prior entrepreneurial experience

- Only local candidates from from these cities or candidates belonging to these cities who want to relocate back need to apply. Only these candidates will be preferred

- We are looking to close City Heads positions for the new cities where we're launching operations very soon. The brief responsibility for a City Head are as mentioned below:

1. Overall P&L responsibility for their city.

2. Managing Sales team, daily operations and local marketing.

3. Coordinating with the central marketing team for the city specific marketing calendar.

4. Reporting to the Co-founders directly

Company Genre : Real Estate, proptiger.com

Preferred profiles : MBA from one of the IIM's/ ISB with consulting experience across McKinsey, Bain, BCG or a similar firm in Sales driven projects.

Budget : 12-18 Lacs/ annum, yet not a constraint for the right candidate.
