They are looking for smart CA or MBA (MBAs only with BBA/B.Com background or accounting background in 12th) who is interested to work closely with a very experienced & farsighted entrepreneur and build strong process analysis, process transformation & Business Analysis skills in him or herself. They want people who are willing to invest 2-3 years of their career without money being the primary criteria for the job.

They prefer people having 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, process analysis, process transformation, IT functional consulting in the area of accounting or related areas. They can also look at people with strong accounting process understanding with high aptitude who are ready to explore this kind of role.
