Entrepreneur in Residence - HR Recruitment Technology startup

Jumpstart consulting's main focus is to provide permanent recruitment services to its clients. Our focus areas has been Technology and BFSI.

We believe that recruitment space is set to get disrupted and are exploring partnerships with individuals from tech background with interests in HR or specifically recruitment space to experiment with new ideas and build new age recruitment solutions or services. We are open to experiment with new ideas and EIR can also build on some of our existing ideas.

Important Points :

- Only equity with small stipend after 2 months

- Passionate about recruitment field and wants to extensively use tech to disrupt the old models

- The EiR will act as the overall business champion for one or more business concepts, leading growth and organization development, helping develop and expand the market case, completing the business model, and guiding operations and implementation.

- The EiR will have access to our team, resources, and infrastructure. However, this is a hands-on role that requires individual accountability and effective operation across a spectrum of subject matter, time frames, and complexity.

The EiR, with support from us will :

- Lead the startups in product development or in developing business and sales strategies, and acquiring key customers.

- Develop and hone business concept(s) to target compelling, actionable long-term market opportunities.

- Create and implement marketing plan and business development plan.

- Determine business and revenue model and manage project company-level budgets
