myNachiketa is an edtech organization inspired by Nachiketa, a character in the Upanishads, who asks philosophical questions to Yama in his childhood. We bring philosophical ideas and concepts in Hinduism to children in creative ways. We develop innovative products including books, workshops, competitions and animated series to bring this knowledge to kids. Our products make learning fun, simplify concepts and are activity based. Role: Entrepreneur in Residence

We are looking at hustlers who can wear different hats and work closely with founders/investors of myNachiketa.

If you have an understanding of building business from scratch or have founded a startup, this role is for you. The person will be working on different projects and help in incubating the business. You could be working on one or more of the following at different times: launching D2C products in a market, building a team, analysing data to figure interventions, building D2C platform for great user experience and sales, or working with team to achieve annual growth targets.

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you get an opportunity to learn and contribute in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Also, you get complete freedom to do things to meet the objectives. The role offers great and fast growth opportunities and exciting rewards.

Responsibilities

- Launching products to market with complete ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset

- Ideate vision statements, test hypothesis, create a proof of concept, define a go-to market strategy and independently execute on the strategy by collaborating with all business functions and investors

- Collaborate with product team to ensure alignment on roadmap, prioritization, and product delivery

- Making D2C platform user focused and enabling growth hacking

- Derive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations.

- Evaluate market opportunities and utilize research to position/reposition our product to best; and identify new opportunities and refine requirements.

- Build an awesome team around you, grow revenue and customer base

Requirement

- Previous experience leading or working in an early stage or venture-backed startup or equivalent intrapreneurial experience

- Ready to work in fast-paced, uncertain environment

- Hustler and strong executor

- Have the ability to think strategically and creatively analyze, synthesize, recommend and take actions

- Have a self-driven "getting things done" attitude

- Have experience in product/tech based set-ups

- Any D2C marketing/growth hacking experience is a big plus
