Entrepreneur In Residence - Location Management solution - IIT/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Our client is a marketing digital technology driven firm providing a Location Management solution for retail brands that builds their digital presence, enhances local SEO & drives new customers to their stores.

EIRs (Entrepreneur in Residence) (Those who built their startups & Failed or want to build their start ups in next 2 years will be preferred)

IITians / IIMs / ISB or 'Category A' B-School Passout.

- 5 - 7 years experience in Building and executing Strategy

- Experience in Digital is a Must!

- Wants to become an entrepreneur in next 2 to 3 years

Role: 

- To be able to take up new challenging tasks whenever needed.

- Help identify areas of improvement in the company.

- Help grow business, in India & Abroad.

Generalist / Consultant. Ideally from companies like Deloitte / Accenture

The EIR position requires an individual that is comfortable with uncertainty,  no roadmaps, playing multiple roles and daily change. EIR's are constantly in a state of learning and discovery while always searching for a repeatable and scalable business model. They are an individual driving force initially that has complete responsibility for all aspects of the product including customer and product development responsibility for all aspects of the product including customer and product development.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience effectively pitching new ideas and emerging businesses in order to secure investor support and/or funding.

- 3+ year's entrepreneurial experience in emerging growth industry sectors ( IT Services / Digital Marketing / Saas ) sciences, green tech).

- Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and employ entrepreneurial techniques to sales, marketing and communications.

- Experience starting, growing, and exiting companies.

- Collaborative, consultative and enthusiastic leader who can help drive change and build support in an incubator environment.

- Strong communication and written skills.

- Interest in refining ideas and building viable teams for high-value ventures.
