What you will do:


- Collaborating with the executive team to develop and refine the company's long-term strategy, identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams within the restaurant industry.


- Leading the ideation, development, and execution of new restaurant concepts and menu offerings that align with current market trends and customer preferences.


- Conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behaviors, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.


- Identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations that enhance the brand's reach and contribute to overall growth.


- Working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize operational processes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and a seamless customer experience.


- Bringing a startup mindset to the organization, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and risk-taking. Mentor and inspire team members to think entrepreneurially and contribute to the company's success.


- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, financial metrics, and industry benchmarks to guide decision-making and ensure the financial health of the business.


- Identifying and leveraging technology solutions to enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and drive innovation within the restaurant chain.


- Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to enhance the overall customer experience, incorporating feedback and implementing improvements.


- Evaluating potential risks and challenges, proposing proactive solutions to mitigate and navigate uncertainties in the ever-evolving restaurant industry.


What you need to have:


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA is a plus.


- Proven track record of entrepreneurial success in the restaurant or hospitality industry.


- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of restaurant operations, trends, and consumer behaviors.


- Experience in developing and launching successful restaurant concepts.


- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.


- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.


- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the restaurant and food industry.
