Workstreams You Will Own :

- Own your SBU like the CEO of a startup

- Create long-term and short-term roadmaps that are aligned with the organizations vision

- Have an on-the-go problem-solving mindset along with an out of the box thinking

- Create product-based strategies for tech development,sales, and marketing

- Draw clear and concise KPIs for your startup within a startup

- Work directly with the founders and various cross-functional teams to achieve the said KPIs

- City Operations (managing a multi-tier field team as well as strategizing for growth)

What makes you a great fit!:

- Attitude of a problem solver

- Undergraduate or MBA degree from a tier I college or university

- Previous startup or entrepreneurial experience preferred

- Team management experience strongly recommended

- Stellar performance record with 2-3 years of work experience in areas like:

- Consumer behavior and analytics

- Product management/owner

- Business development and growth

- Strong analytical skills - Ability to identify, pull, and analyze key data from big datasets to derive business insights

- Comfortable with Excel

- Data Analytics using SQL or Big Query (preferred)

- User Analytics using clevertap/firebase (preferred)

- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills

- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and articulate your vision

- Plan strict timelines and deliverables for all teams
