As the Entrepreneur in Residence, you will be responsible for managing partner relations and driving sales with all Digital Partner.

What you will do:

- Managing Partner relations and driving sales with all Digital Partners i.e. all web aggregator and online brokers digitally - like Policy Bazaar, Paisa Bazaar, Coverfox, Policy, Renewbuy, ETinsure

- Maintaining multi-level relationships in all accounts and all relevant personnel.

- Nurturing Partner Relationship and positively influence partners at various levels for desired sales results.

- Ensuring sales target achievement for the specific partners, achieving the targets and goals.

- Driving Projects basis Partner requirement and for business process improvement.

- Assisting Partners for any tech and integration-related issues for smooth policy processing. Interfacing with team members and partners during project cycle.

- Working within the budget allocation for the team and cost avoidance thereby maintaining a balance between team expectations and managements allocation of funds.

- Identifying Potential New Partners, Partner onboarding and assisting them with Product integration.

- Ensuring partner engagement across all levels by organizing regular engagement activities.

- Handling end to end relationship management for Digital Partners

- Using data analytics to enhance business efficiency with cross-sell/ Up sell opportunities

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- Experience in Sales & Business Development - mainly General insurance

- Expert in Partnership Management, Digital Partnerships, Training and Development, Recruitment and Operations.

- Interpersonal communication along with strong analytical skills.

- Good understanding of Product Integration and Project management

Qualification: MBA required

Experience: 5 to 10 years
