Job Responsibilities:
1. Ownership of Sourcing of Candidates via different platforms.
2. Grow the Business with a defined target KPIs - Sales and Account Management
3. Manage and Grow B2B Partnerships and lead a team of recruiters.
4. CRM and ATS Integration Management for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Explore New avenue channels for partnerships and built the same with founders.
6. Day-to-Day Operation Management along with the team.
7. Data Analytics and formulating the right strategies for revenue growth
