Entrepreneur in Residence - Leading ecommerce company (IIT/ IIM/ BITS only)

Pinnacle Solutions, a leading recruitment firm has been retained by a leading ecommerce/ product company for their international EIR program, wherein they wish to hire Entrepreneur in Residence/ Country PnL Leaders for a specific country/ region.

- As an EIR/ Country Head you will split your time 30% towards the role of Market Analysis for the country of Philippines, 20% towards team development/ setting up of operations (Setting up go-to-market model (sales channels, partnerships, etc.) and the other 50% towards developing business and managing the PnL for the region.

- You will deliver high-quality strategic and tactical analysis for the "Philippines" region, to understand, forecast and influence business.

- Through functional expertise in data analysis as well as in-depth, specialist industry insight, you will provide key findings to build local business strategies.

- Collaborate with international teams to share and develop knowledge.

- Overall responsibility for promoting and increasing the quantity and quality of the product.

- Understanding and managing regulations related to the product and affiliated industry.

- Launching of B2B and B2C products across the paradigm.

- Operational excellence in providing amazing consumer experience.

- Executing marketing and branding events to increase awareness and visibility of the products among B2C/ B2B consumers.

Requirements for the Profile:

- Master's degree from premium business school (IIM/ ISB/ Ivy League) and possibly an Engineering degree from a reputed engineering school (IIT/ NIT/ BITS)

- Extensive experience (8+ years) in business development and sales, preferably in B2C environment.

- Experience in setting up long term partnerships as well as a proven background in Project Management.

- Ability to work autonomously, proactively and result driven

- Strong analytical, planning and forecasting skills; Experience making data-driven recommendations and decisions

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to articulate a vision, strategy or idea clearly and concisely

- Proven ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels- not afraid to dive into detail and execute work as needed

- Passion for ecommerce & disruptive products!

- Prior work experience in Philippines would be a huge add on benefit!

- Experience in building and managing high impact teams

Location :
