- Define strategies to build EF's brand in India and identify new channels to reach high potential founders

Convince them about EF's value proposition and to choose EF as their path to entrepreneurship

Run a tight Talent ship to deliver against targets by owning every step of the process from outreach and first interactions to selection and founders starting the Program.

You will be collaborating closely with the other Program team as well as your counterparts in other global locations of EF.

2. Partnerships

Building EF as a formidable brand in Bangalore for entrepreneurship will involve building deep connects with the right partners in the ecosystem including, but not limited to, the top academic institutions in the country.
