Enterprise Systems Leader
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Developing the Digital Core:
- Formulate an enterprise systems charter and roadmap.
- Negotiate and manage relationships and contracts with top product, vendor, and cloud providers to achieve standardization, cost savings, and efficient deployment.
- Establish a robust ecosystem of partners to drive innovation.
- Lead digital core implementations across the group and startup companies within the group.
- Develop strategic plans and timelines for the evaluation, development, and deployment of solutions.
- Supervise quality assurance processes, integration efforts, and system testing.
- Identify opportunities for simplifying and digitizing workflows across the organization, while promoting standardization and synergy in enterprise systems across the Group.
Enterprise Systems Management:
- Develop and execute SAP strategy, deployment models, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee all horizontal enterprise applications, including O365 and Workflow Apps.
- Manage the suite of Digital Workplace applications aimed at enhancing productivity and collaboration.
- Ensure information security through the management of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Identity Management (IDM), and other central applications.
- Standardize platforms related to Employee Life Cycle Management, Finance, and other functional areas.
- Drive standardization in IT infrastructure, including network, end-user support, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with major technology firms, especially in the context of cloud partnerships, while providing a clear cloud roadmap for all group companies
Skills & Competencies:- Master's degree (MBA/M Tech/PhD), with a graduation in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Administration, or any other related field.
- 20+ years of total experience, out of which at least five years as an Information Technology leader / CIO of a large organization
- Good communication skills, reasoning and analytical ability
- Should be a technology thought leader who can bring in a new perspective and offer new insights based on his/her prior experiences
- Must be collaborative in approach and a team player
- Very good at networking and influencing
- Ability to operate in a matrix environment and influence leaders on global initiatives
- Willingness to learn new concepts, tools and techniques related to the subject
- Open to travel across locations in India and overseas locations
- High awareness of emerging technology trends and adapt the organization's tech platforms as needed.
