Our client is one of the leading Product and Services company looking to hire Enterprise Service / Account Manager to be based in Pune.

Responsibilities:

- Covering a large roster of clients while simultaneously retain the existing enterprise clients. Will develop the Account Management strategy building out critical touch points, adoption strategies, and work in a consultative function with new clients to lead on boarding processes with Sales, assist with technical implementation, and grow client retention.

- Build and foster critical relationship with Enterprise or channel partners; new or existing and generating revenue through these corporate Clients.

- Understand the pain points of customer and identify / qualify the customer requirement in projecting the funnel. Ensure consistent professional and timely resolution of customer issues. Establish cadence to review partner performance, develop action plans and identify emerging issues and ensure optimal service coverage and support solutions.

- Monitor, Deliver & regular communication on the SLA (Service Level agreement), manage customer expectations, Track & deliver various requirements on the ongoing solution in accounts. Regular weekly / Fortnightly update reports on the customer accounts to customer and Internal stake holders.

- Responsible to handle accounts Sales / revenue / Billing, Collection and responsible as Single Point of Contact for Customer and delivering thru coordination of various functional teams. Analytical approach to review, address potential issues and proactive communicator and enriching relationship with customers & engage internal team.

- Interact with product marketing and engineering, technical issues and feature requests raised by enterprise customers. Will work closely with the National head of Sales, Marketing staff, and Service staff to develop and implement specific strategic plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets throughout across the region- including new business acquisition (new clients and selling additional products to current clients) and renewals with existing clients.

Desired Profile:

- Excellent interpersonal and Communication Skills written and spoken esp. English

- IT knowledge (understand business applications, tools, etc.)

- Good financial awareness and ability to bring that to discussion/negotiations with key customer decision makers

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations or similar discipline, MBA & PMP Certificate preferred.

- 4 - 6 years - experience in a Customer/Client facing role.
